1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or leaked upon delivery.
- You have received the wrong product.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Return Window: Within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Email us at support@medsea.co.in
with your Order ID and details of the issue. - Attach clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
- Once approved, our team will guide you through the return or arrange a pickup.

3. Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated after product inspection upon successful return.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used personal care products
- Items without original packaging or seal
- Free or promotional items
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
